I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and ally. I identify as liberal, progressive, and Christian. I am an author, writer, blogger, and research attorney. I consider myself a nerd. I love Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Discworld, Marvel, and Disney. I love music, particularly 80s and 90s, but emotional power ballads of any genre, a good beat, or striking classical will make my playlists, too. I am an avid reader. I suffer from multiple invisible illnesses, including fibromyalgia and diabetes. I advocate for research into and funding for finding the causes and potential cures for congenital heart defects. I support national healthcare. I care deeply about equity and justice, but I also love to be frivolous and have fun.
